How to Report a Player
If someone is breaking the rules, we want to know about it. Reporting helps us keep the game fair for everyone.
What should I report?
Anything that goes against our Code of Conduct, for example:
- Offensive, abusive, or threatening chat messages
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Suspected cheating, bots, or match-fixing
- Inappropriate usernames or profile pictures
- Someone you think is running multiple accounts
- Suspicious coin transfer activity
- Anything else that feels wrong or disruptive
How do I report someone?
Through our contact form:
- Open the contact form(you can find it in the app and on our website).
- Pick the category that best fits your report.
- Tell us the player's username or Player ID, describe what happened, tell us roughly when it happened, and attach screenshots if you have any.
The more detail you give us, the faster we can look into it.
In-game reporting (coming soon):
We're building a way to report players directly from their profile inside the game. Once it's ready, you'll be able to tap a button, pick the type of violation, and send the report without leaving the app.
What happens after I report someone?
- Our moderation team reviews every report.
- If multiple people report the same player or the same issue, that bumps it up in priority.
- We can't tell you what happens to the other player. That's a privacy thing.
- Some investigations take time, so please be patient. We'd rather get it right than rush it.
A few things to keep in mind
- Don't fight fire with fire. If someone is being toxic, report them. Don't insult them back. If you do, you might end up getting penalized too.
- Fake reports are a violation. If you file a false report on purpose to get someone in trouble, that's against the rules and you'll face consequences for it.
- One report is enough. Sending the same report five times doesn't make us look at it faster.
