How to recover game account?

If lost access to your Backgammon Masters account, don't panic. There are several ways you can try restoring access to your account. At the login window click "Restore access" and you will have several options.

1. Did you register via email or linked your 2KB ID using e-mail?

If you believe you had either registered by e-mail or had linked your account with a 2KB ID using e-mail, try entering this e-mail and tapping "Continue". A PIN code will be sent to this e-mail which you can use to log back in.

2. Did register using Facebook or link Facebook account with 2KB ID?

If you believe you may have used Facebook to either register or link it to your account via 2KB ID, then try tapping on Facebook icon and authenticating. If a matching account is found, you will be able to recover it. Otherwise it will offer to create a new account.

3. Did register using Google account or use Google to link with 2KB ID?

Do not confuse this with using an e-mail at gmail.com to register! Backgammon Masters allows using your Google account to authenticate yourself. This works as a social network and can be linked as a social network with your 2KB ID. Try this option and see if it allows you to recover your account.

4. Did register using VK or link your VK account with 2KB ID?

If you believe you may have used VK to register or link with your account, try this option.

It still doesn't work!

We may still be able to recover account if you contact support with the following information (be as detailed as possible):

• Name of the account
• Registration date
• Approximate gold on the account
• Approximate Elo
• Approximate game time
• Potential e-mail used for registration (or social network used to authenticate)

The more information you provide, the higher chances of us successfully recovering your account.
